I haven't talked oils much yet, which is odd because it's such an integral part of my life. I'll get there...I promise.
We (The Fam) incorporate Young Living into our lives at least 800 times a day. I've been told that I have the tendency to exaggerate, but I cannot be too far off.
What people don't get is that Young Living is SO much more than a diffuser (that kind of resembles a Joan) and essential oils. It's a sense of community...that gives BACK to the community. This is just one of the MANY examples of that.
One week from today, I head to Denver. This is a pretty exciting time for me, given I've never really traveled outside of my 4 surrounding states. Do 4 states even surround me? Did I mention that I SUCK at Geography? I'm headed to Denver to learn from, and to hang out with some of the COOLEST people EVER! My oil folk. This year we are partnering with human trafficking programs from around the country to provide first responders with bags of essential items that women and girls will need as they seek a brand new life. And get this...Meghan will be waking her sweet toosh up at something ridiculous like 6 or 7am to help pack these bags. If you know me at ALL, you know I don't do no 6 or 7am!!! I don't even know what that looks like. Is it still dark out? What time does the sun actually come up?
This is where I ask for your help. We'd love to be able to ship out 200 full essential bags to women and girls. We're trying to gather as many items as possible from this list...
If you'd like to drop items off to my home, that would be stellar. I rarely leave the house, given my love for pajamas and coffee breath, so it's likely I'll be here. If not, we have an Amazon wish list, and items can get shipped directly to us. It really doesn't get any easier than that if you're a Prime member. Everyone's a Prime member, right? #bringmeallofthepackages. Click here for that option.
You can also make monetary donations directly at The Sweet Spot. Any help at ALL would be greatly appreciated.
I'm also taking Spanx, Chipolte, and Malibu donations as well. I'll save that for another post though.
